All purchases made through our online store are final.


Exchange Policy
Exchanges can be requested within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • The item must be in its original Gentzo packaging.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged.
  • All original tags must be attached.

Delivery Charges for Exchanges

  • If there is no fault or defect in the product and you still wish to exchange it, you will be required to bear the one-way delivery charges (for sending the new item back to you).
  • For defective or incorrect products, Gentzo will handle the delivery costs.

Price Adjustments
If an item’s price drops due to a sales promotion, exchanges will only be allowed at the new, reduced price.


Claims for Damaged Merchandise

  • Any damage or issue must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
  • Used, altered, or mishandled items are not eligible for exchange or claim.

Processing Time
Please allow up to 3 weeks for the processing of valid claims or exchanges.


Promotional Sales Policy

  • No exchanges will be processed during promotions or sales.
  • Items purchased on discount or during promotions are not eligible for exchange.
